Logo design – allows for 3 revisions or changes. Any changes or requests exceeding this will be quoted for separately. Turnaround time for a new Logo can take up to 5 business days depending on changes and customer requirements. (Time allowed for back and forth communication).
Corporate Stationary design – (Business Card,Email signature,flyers,Posters,Social Media Posts,Letterheads,Finance Templates et. Al design) allows for 2 (Two) revisions or changes. any changes or requests exceeding this will be quoted for separately.
All Design Elements – All options are based on basic design principles and formulas, any programming, high-end design or extensive formulas will be charged for separately. Should there be any requests for professional photographs (for products or portraits) or images on the “www”, these will be charged and quoted for separately. All content designed is based on still images in either JPEG or PNG format and excludes any GIF imagery or video content.
Website Design & Development – The website will be designed / developed using a Premium WordPress Theme. Once website has been fully designed and created and client has signed off, the website, database and all contents is soley owned by the client on the hosting platform provided. Upon completion the client takes full responsibility of the site and any maintenance thereof. Domain Registration is to be renewed annually and the client is responsible to ensure renewal or cancellation should he/she wish to terminate his/her domain and monthly hosting. All website development excludes domain name registration / renewals and monthly maintenance as well as hosting of email and website. Upon commencement all content / wording, high-res images, logos etc must be provided by client in order to start.
Payment Terms – Are strictly Cash Upfront unless otherwise stated differently in the quotation / invoice body or “you “the client has a payment arrangement with Ignited Perception. No design or development / printing will commence until full payment is received.
Cancellation – Design & Print Elements : If after project commencement client communication (face-to-face, telephone or email) stops for a period of 90 days, the project can and will be considered cancelled, in writing by Jamie Windell. Ownership of all copyrights, design and website development shall be retained by Ignited Perception. A cancellation fee for design / print work completed shall be paid by the client, with the fee based on the stage of project completion. The fee will not exceed 100 percent of the total project cost.
Miscellaneous – Ignited Perception shall have the right to photograph all completed designs or installations and shall have the right to use such photographs for publication, exhibition, or other promotional purposes i.e social media and website marketing.
Confidentiality – The client shall inform Ignited Perception in writing before the project commences if any portion of any material or information provided by the client or if any portion of the project is confidential. All Consultations and Coaching sessions will remain in private and no information will be shared or discussed with any other customers or suppliers.
Indemnity – The client agrees to indemnify an hold harmless Ignited Perception from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgements, including attorneys fees and costs, but only to the extent caused by, arising out of, the work supplied by the designer (Jamie Windell).
Lead Times – Basic Logo Design (24 to 72 hours, subject to client feedback and changes / reverts) Complex or Deluxe Logo Design, Corporate Stationary, Social Media Post Design et al. (3 to 5 days subject to client feedback and changes / reverts)
Validity – Any pricing provided (Website, Email, or within a formal document / Estimate) is valid for 15 (fifthteen) days only and is subject to R.O.E Should the Estimate or Pricing Provided exceed these amount of days, a new Estimate will need to be provided.
